The problem
A local e-commerce team was drowning in WhatsApp chaos. Customers sent their details in random text format. Employees copied everything to a group chat. Moderators manually typed each order into SteadFast Courier. They used emoji reactions (👍✅🚚) to track order status. Orders missed the daily pickup deadline because nobody knew the cutoff time. The admin couldn’t count who did how many orders for payroll.
It was slow, messy, and full of mistakes.
The solution
I built a simple web app that fixes all of this.
- For employees: They can now paste the customer’s raw message directly into the system. The app automatically extracts and organizes the name, phone, and address. While creating an order, the system instantly shows whether the package will be shipped today or be processed the next day. This removes guesswork around courier cutoff times.
- For Moderators: Review the organized orders and click one button to send everything to SteadFast.
- For Admin: See who processed how many orders with simple charts. Check any date range. Get a quick summary of all brands at a glance.
The Result
- From 10 minutes per order → 30 seconds
- From copy-paste workflows and manual processing → Automated order structuring
- From emoji tracking → clear status dashboard
- From manual counting → instant reports
- From missed deadlines → automatic time alerts
- From one brand chaos → multi-brand control
One app. Zero confusion. Happy business team.
